I've dealt with 4 of the big banks (TD, CIBC, National Bank, and Scotiabank) + Desjardins within the past few years. TD is by far the worst when it comes to customer service - looking forward to my mortgage renewal date. Credit Unions seem to care more about their customers.. 🤷

Even though, as in my case, I called Service Canada, EI, CRA, etc many times, waiting on hold for hours, years ago, trying to figure out if I would owe later, only for them to promise repeatedly that I did not.

Best service I ever received was from my home branch CIBC at St.Laurent mall. And they have staff that aren't racist and that actually want to help you. Make the switch! You'll be glad you did.

made an error that ruined my credit. I have documentation that they made the error, and despite my having gone in over a year ago, my credit remains in shambles.
Emailed branch manager/head office and went to branch in person and it still took a week for response
