Normalize talking about your mental health.
Get angry, cry, whatever the f**k you have to do.. it's just as important as your physical health!
Talk to a doctor, a family member, a friend, post it on social media, whatever you need to do!
Just thinking to myself about how tough the past couple years give been on everyone. It got me wondering, & concerned, about all my Twitter frenz.
