(5) As always, the majority of reasonably complex things are poorly reasoned. One way to tell is to read say a general exercise book from say 30 years ago and count the mistakes, then realize unless today is special (it isn’t) the majority of things today are likewise wrong.

(4) I think bc of doing the right exercises ess forever, I have had to take perhaps 1 aspirin or let’s say no more than 5 my entire adult life. Don’t experience any pains at all. 1 headache in 40 years. My emergency stock of aspirin is ess unopened and long expired. Clowns. https://t.co/QdQeLYUDQH

(3) Another 50-ish one is talking about chronic pain and taking ibuprofen everyday. This group is a weak sauce group. They must have intrinsically weak CV systems. This is like watching the early onset octogenarian late night hour. Comical.

(2) No-one is sweating. You got to be out of your fuckin’ mind, really. One person interviewed said she used to be active and the first thing she brings up is yoga. LMFAO. These people are likely all with weak CV systems. They are self-selecting complete BS.

(1) Watching this mad show in PBS where people are fake moving things, stretching, etc, in order to “age backwards.” Looks lk a 2 METS “exercise.” Another example of a useless old-person/female no muscle use exercise. (Looks like 90% of participants are female.) Nonsense.

This is a unique moment in American Olympic Trials history. Jake Mitchell finished 2nd in that 400 free, but has to look up at the scoreboard, dejected, because he's not on the Olympic Team. #swimtrials21

So comically screwed with the same patterns as in other similar stories: vested interests, I look the other way if you look the other way, cockamamie rules being subverted, and competition and desperation forcing the issue. The story and plot remain the same.... https://t.co/kf82ZuSsCQ https://t.co/dbQ1XsHAfd

“A 101-mph, 3,000-rpm cutter, isn’t that the same thing as a 500-foot home run? It’s unnatural.” By ignoring pitch-doctoring for so long, MLB has allowed a league-wide cheating scandal on a scale not seen since the steroid era https://t.co/0YMiJYVGjL

So, mass cheating in MLB, again though it might be a combination of the new ball plus the sticky stuff resulting in such an abysmal hitting percentage. https://t.co/kf82ZuSsCQ https://t.co/OJJ4o4ETNU

(8) Just a bunch of morons. I was telling someone to not listen to this madness. It’s a big mistake. But no. They say the experts are always right, thus I am wrong. Nope. Pointless trying to explain things to most. They lack the IQ pts to grasp gist, significance. #health

(7) BTW, for many people with serious heart problems drs recommend a low salt diet. However, they are now finding, I believe, that very low salt can impair heart functioning as it should because it isn’t salt but the balance between sodium and potassium that matters. #health https://t.co/1U3iBR9Vzh

(6) The moron medical profession, “experts,” with their advice has once again screwed the pooch. There’s a diff between cramming & intelligence. The average person also cannot think. One should intuit imm that things don’t make sense. Instead they march along like lemmings.

(5) Yet the Japanese have extremely long life spans and show few indications of high blood pressure, CVD. (Hilarious) What is happening is, primarily, they have an OFFSET: high vegetable consumption, whereby the excess potassium is compensating for the excess sodium. #health https://t.co/TpvNWkv6Sv

(4) I just saw that the Japanese eat 10 mg of salt per day (LMAO). That equates to about 3 times as much as Americans do. (LMAO) And, accounting for their smaller size, probably around 8 times the currently rec amount (1.5 mg for US, prob ~1.25 for Japan). (LMFAO) #health https://t.co/cYVANPB8p5

(3) Salt is not poison. If you exercise at high intensity you’d realize how important it is to replenish salt. I exercise in extreme heat and without salt the heart would go into all sorts of arrhythmias. With a poison any quantity is bad. This is not true with salt. #health

(2) The mistake EVERYONE is making is not realizing that excess sodium is likely a PROXY for excess unprocessed food, lack of offsets (potassium from vegetables), insufficient exercise (exercise leads to secretion of sodium among other things) and so on. #health
