Writing about Randy Weaver and Ruby Ridge reminded me just how bizarre the early 1990s were, and how oddly resonant stories like his remain. He died Wednesday at 74.

For those of us who lived in the 90s, they didn't seem nearly as bizarre as the 2020s.
We still hasld two political parties that supported Democracy, at least publicly.
We didn't have a pandemic that a President denied existed.
The Clinton years were some really good years.
