Mike Lee presumably knows that FISA is almost certainly not a tool being used in response to Jan. 6 but also knows the way "FISA" triggers certain people in certain ways.

@pbump ...and Director Wray said, "FISA is not remotely implicated..."
But Sen Lee might be careful b/c it might turn out that some of the Jan 6 riot participants were Russian agents held over from 2016 ops.
