“Bad” tenants are so rare, they’re news. CBC has ran about 7 stories like this in the last 3 months. But you can’t get a story on the 50k fraudulently evicted annually in Ontario alone, or the average of 40 deficiencies in every common space tower, or the illegal charges, etc.
