@nytimes Except that in France fully vaccinated can mean one shot and had Covid so by American standards not fully vaxxed because they didn’t get a second shot. Some might be getting their 2nd, not 3rd.

@nytimes In other words, make some laws and enforce them and people will comply. How nice it would be if we could do this in the United States.(The federal employees requirement was a terrific start with an astounding 90% compliance.)
