@nytimes @nytfood Or alternatively, toss Brussels sprouts in oil, sprinkle with salt, stir fry, or steam, or boil, your choice. Then toss vigorously in the trash can.

@nytimes @nytfood A slice of bacon goes a long way when baking. Add some balsamic vinegar after baking for extra flavor too!

@nytimes @nytfood I use kraft red pepper Italian salad dressing along with evoo for roasted Brussels sprouts, broccoli or sauté collard greens. Then top all with shredded Parmigiano reggiano.
