My plan of action was to do an employee survey on how they currently feel about the company, get everyone onboarded onto a pm tool, create an org structure with clear paths to growth, show them my plans and timelines, and promote team building
I came into this company with no culture or direction and completely unmotivated employees. As the new director of marketing one of my tasks is to create this for my team, so what are some things you wish your boss and company would do for you?
Don't blame new yorkers blame the lack of protection for renters i.e. rent stabilized apartments, it's your governments fault for allowing landlords to be this greedy, know your real enemy people.
