Assembling air purifying units. We distributed 100 of these all across the reservation. Nea’eše (thank you). The fires are more than 50% contained, but the smoke is terrible. These units will help many households cope w the smoke. Thankful for my little crew of Cheyenne youth 🙌🏽

@native4data @kprather88 Are you inserting HEPA filters into box fans? I’ve never seen that, seems ingenious if it works!

@native4data @drkristenkc How many filters for each fan? 1 strapped to the back? Or is it a Corsi/Rosenthal Box? If a single fan, @DavidElfstrom, is your 13.5 inch optimized shroud, still a good option?

@native4data @kprather88 Very cool. I use 4 inch deep 3M Merv 13 filters. Less resistance and 4 times the holding capacity. Cheaper too.

@native4data @heydebigale Those fans would likely need their filters changing every day. I'm not sure I've ever seen such a pathetic attempt at solving the wrong problem. What a waste of donor money. Who told you this would work? The manufacturer of the fans? Your cousin who works there?
