@lydiadepillis @AlecMacGillis “Care Worker Shortages: A lack of child care..elder care options is forcing some women to limit their hours or has sidelined them altogether, hurting their career prospects.” When these shortages affect men AND women, we’ll see parity. Until then, this is systemic misogyny.
