Our kid is absolutely amazing, & we're so lucky we found each other. Still, everyone must have the ability to choose when they're ready to reproduce (or not). There's no easy, one-size-fits-all answer to this, but free contraceptives, reproductive care, & education are a start.
I don't think people realize how traumatic adoption is on a child. Advocating for sex education and access to free birth control makes way more sense than forcing a pregnancy on someone and then putting that baby into a system that doesn't even guarantee a stable, loving home.
We had our own natural disaster last night. Two huge trees (75ft+) fell on our property. They may have damaged our car, and it's just a giant mess. The severe wind made me worry (again) about what's in store for our planet over the next few decades.
I really wish there was a travel/science TV show hosted by interesting women where they also did fun activities like riding, or paragliding, etc. in amazing places and explained the science behind both the location and activity! This sound SO FUN. W/lotsa pop-up video infobubbles
I just wanna ride a horse to a volcano while explaining the science of volcanoes and/or horses to a TV audience of curious humans. Is that too much to ask?
Someone write this in their screenplay or documentary or fanfic, please.
