Republicans don’t care about helping children after they’re born with child tax credits, affordable education, or removing guns that kill kids in schools. They're more focused on controlling women’s health care choices through government mandated pregnancies.
NEW: Rick Scott just tried to attack President Biden by saying that “Canada has plenty of baby formula… but not the United States.” Reminder, Trump’s USMCA trade deal made it virtually impossible for Canada to export infant formula to the US.
BREAKING: The DoJ has asked the 1/6 committee to hand over deposition transcripts saying they “may contain information relevant to a criminal investigation we are conducting.”
You want to support babies and mothers? Me too. Paid family leave, the child tax credit, gun safety, quality health care, great public education – that is a pro-family agenda.
The same baby formula producer that had contaminated product and led to this shortage used billions of dollars to buy back stock instead of investing in their product safety. Putting profits before the safety of our children is unacceptable.
A federal contractor illegally donated to GOP's biggest Senate superpac. The FEC decided 6-0 that its not worth the time or effort to pursue the matter and enforce the law.
You might think the 3 Democratic commissioners would care about illegal corp $, but you would be wrong.
The baby formula shortage is due to Abbott, the nation’s largest formula manufacturer, closing one of its plants amid a recall due to contamination. Four infants who consumed its products were hospitalized with bacterial infections — TWO DIED.
Why won’t the media report that?
Please watch & share. This is the
@GOP
agenda: hike taxes on the working & middle class; make corporations tow the ideological line or lose their copyrights; turn schools into rightwing zombie mills; end Social Security, Medicaid & Medicare.
