With ~80% of the entire population fully vaccinated and a mask mandate with 99% compliance, cases in South Korea are the highest they’ve ever been, but the good news is that experts and politicians are bringing back mask mandates and vaccine passports to stop COVID

@ianmSC South Korea are doing a fantastic job because its not full of people rehashing the same argument time and time again and rules are followed with a minimum of fuss.Thats why its had less of a situation than most other countries.

@ianmSC South Korea is 149th in covid death rate, and only 3500 people have died over the length of the pandemic. And like 30 people a day are dying from covid, right now - so the government is trying to stop it from getting worse. What is the problem?

@ianmSC @ThomasEWoods I swear some people are so bad at math. As you near 100% vaccinated, then most of your cases are going to be vaccinated people. Why do people constantly think it’s a home run to show vaccinated people getting COVID?
