@SavvyRinu@Bukybukky Nigerians move on too quickly and it hurts 🤦♂️
No news on the girl that was raped and murdered in a church in Benin, also the lady that was kidnapped, raped and murdered in Akwa ibom. Nothing yet. It’s sad knowing justice isn’t in sight soon 😢
One of the protesters in prison, Ayodele Ibukun, 21 years old, was also beaten by police officers until she lost her 3 months old pregnancy.
She is still in prison and the damaged fetus still in her body.
The Nigerian Government has been intentional in maliciously incarcerating young people to use them as scapegoats for no reason apart from protesting.
Kemisola was arrested & put in prison at the age of 17 because “she looked like one of the people who burnt the APC Ondo office”
#EndSARS: The Ones We Abandoned.
It’s been eight months since the EndSARS protests started & we have failed in our promises to leave no one behind.
There are over 10 innocent protesters in prison for over 8 months including a 17 year old teenager who just gave birth in prison.
Let’s get back on Twitter & give this #TwitterBan the kick it deserves.
Let’s get ready to hit the streets strategically!
Let the world know we are under a siege of tyranny, & as a result, Buhari’s time is up and he needs to go!!
All Nigerian banks bar none use @Twitter for customer service. Those staff employed for that purpose will be laid off. Businesses that depend on Twitter will collapse. More layoffs. The economy will suffer. The Naira will tank. Insecurity will rise!
General @MBuhari has given more focus to @Twitter than the insecurity Nigeria is currently facing. All because the personal ego of Buhari was bursted by Twitter. Buhari is driven by ego, not intelligence. That’s why Nigeria wont go forward under him
They can't stop kidnapping, armed robbery and terrorism... the country is as unsafe as ever... yet they can seize passports and block bank accounts of peaceful protesters. They ban cryptocurrency. They ban Twitter. Completely out of touch with the plight of young people.
Why is Nigeria where it is today? Because we forgot what @MBuhari did between 1983-85. When you forget your past, you will repeat it, and keep repeating it until you learn. History does not repeat itself, men repeat history because they forget it!
Lai Mohammed and Muhammadu Buhari work for the people of Nigeria. They do not own Nigeria or get to tell Nigerians what they can and cannot do. They’re public servants.
I refuse to fall into the trap of cynicism. We must resist every attempt at a dictatorship.
