Mildly pleased to see one of my favorite Christmas action movies, The Long Kiss Goodnight starring Geena Davis & Sam Jackson, is available on Netflix. Watched it about 5 times over now

It occurred to me, though, that Costco is a sort of mini-Socialist state. You pay your membership fee, which is like a tax, and then you get access to all kinds of products you normally wouldn't be able to. Meanwhile Mr. I-Hate-Socialism is stuffing his face with free samples...

Saw something funny at my local Costco a while back. There was a guy there wearing a t-shirt that read, "Only YOU can stop Socialism!", which featured a snarling caricature of Smokey the Bear brandishing multiple machineguns with ammo belts crossed over his muscular chest.

Kind of surprised Trump didn't take credit for the success of Top Gun: Maverick. I mean, before he came along no one would've believed Iran was building nukes or had "5th-generation" fighters. We would have laughed at such a far-fetched plot!
