This just in: Canada's inflation rate hit 4.4% in September. The cost of living for basic necessities continues to go up because of this government. The Trudeau Liberals need to wake up and realize the impact this is having on your wallet.

@erinotoole The cost of living is up due to global supply disruption, and the US federal reserve printing trillions of dollars. Relatively speaking BoC eased the COVID money printing earlier than other western countries

@erinotoole Pssst! Inflation was stagnant or negative for much of the pandemic. It’s called catching up! Longer term averages are still on target.

@erinotoole Inflation reached 5.4% in the United States & 4.1% in Germany in September. Are blaming that on the Trudeau government as well?

@PierrePoilievre This may surprise you, but other countries are also experiencing high inflation: "The annual inflation rate in the US edged up to a 13-year high of 5.4% in September of 2021 from 5.3% in August and above market expectations of 5.3%."

@erinotoole @GSawision Please continue talking about this important issue. It's going to be a tough winter for many Canadians. Mr Trudeau needs to address this immediately, even if he doesn't think about monetary policy. #cdnpoli
