There are very few circumstances, if any, in which the use of any racial slur would be morally and socially acceptable, and even some of those would be debatable at best.
"They're a bad person" or "I think they have horrible opinions" are definitely not valid reasons.

If you're on a jury, you can literally just NOT vote to convict—no matter what the law is, no matter what a person did, no matter what a judge says. You need to be careful about what you say to not get kicked off the jury or perjure yourself, but you can just... say not guilty.
