Under the hood, the tomato soup is thickened slightly with about a tablespoon of dark rye flour. Don't feel pressured into using white flour in sauces, sometimes wholegrain flour works as well... and tastes even better. @CotswoldFlour @BakeryBits

A weekend soup for you, thanks to @BakeryBits . A rich, vibrant vegan tomato number to suit cold days when you need a hearty bowl of "comfort minus complication". Here I’ve used an "ancient grain" Einkorn, for extra flavour that's nutty & delicious.
