Concretely, the West needs 1. to deliver as much heavy artillery & other offensive arms to Ukraine as it can asap. 2. to allow Ukraine to attack Russian bases in Russia & 3. to open up Odesa port to commercial shipping however most convenient.

Conclusion: The West needs rethink (or develop) its strategy on Russia: Hit far harder & give Ukraine all support it needs to retake all its territory, while making sure that no nuclear war results. That is best achieved by firmly standing up to Putin.

6. When @POTUS sensibly stated: "This man cannot remain in power" about Putin in Warsaw on March 26, the whole West go bonkers, claiming that it was an impermissible faux-pas. The West should say that there can be no peace in Europe as long as Putin rules in the Kremlin.

3. Since early February, before its invasion of Ukraine, Russia has blocked all Ukraine's Black Sea ports so that Ukraine cannot export badly needed grain to developing countries: The West does nothing being afraid of provoking the Russian Black Sea navy.

1. Russia bombs the whole of Ukraine time and again: The united West says no to the establishment of a no-fly zone because it could be provocative to Russia & lead to encounters between Russian & NATO airplanes.

The Western restraint in its defense of Ukraine, which is really a defense of the West itself, is difficult to comprehend.

Listen to @tashecon ! Few have a better understanding of what a default is than he. And yes, Russia is in default and it is of great importance, blocking its access to international financing.

RUSSIA IS IN DEFAULT. Putin’s RU cannot pay its way coz it is a pariah state. It carries out war crimes + genocide in Ukraine. It is responsible for global hunger coz of its blockade of Ukrainian ports, killing millions of the worlds poor. Putin is a killer.

Indeed, Russia bombs all of Ukraine from bases in Russia, Belarus & the Black Sea, while the US holds back long-distance missiles from Ukraine. Doesn't Washington understand that Putin only understands force?

1. POTUS @JoeBiden should release the MGM-140 ATACMS long-range unitary missiles that fire from HIMARS and M270s to put Russian and Belarusian cities within Ukrainian missile range. @SecDef @SecBlinken @ZelenskyyUa @KremlinRussia_E @NATO

Putin & Lukashenko met in St. Petersburg yesterday Saturday night - usually Putin has no official meetings on weekends. They talked economy & military. Putin claimed that Russia had accumulated direct investments in Belarus of $4 bn, which is very little.
