Concretely, the West needs
1. to deliver as much heavy artillery & other offensive arms to Ukraine as it can asap.
2. to allow Ukraine to attack Russian bases in Russia &
3. to open up Odesa port to commercial shipping however most convenient.

Conclusion:
The West needs rethink (or develop) its strategy on Russia:
Hit far harder & give Ukraine all support it needs to retake all its territory, while making sure that no nuclear war results.
That is best achieved by firmly standing up to Putin.

RUSSIA IS IN DEFAULT. Putin’s RU cannot pay its way coz it is a pariah state. It carries out war crimes + genocide in Ukraine. It is responsible for global hunger coz of its blockade of Ukrainian ports, killing millions of the worlds poor. Putin is a killer.

Putin & Lukashenko met in St. Petersburg yesterday Saturday night - usually Putin has no official meetings on weekends. They talked economy & military. Putin claimed that Russia had accumulated direct investments in Belarus of $4 bn, which is very little.
