I started advocating for improving #AcademicMentalHealth just over a year ago, and have been blown away with the community on here. I've worked on increasing awareness of mental health issues and reducing the stigma. Here is an outline of my projects ⬇️ 1/n https://t.co/lW6sXpNupg
Won’t be long before I’m presenting with @tigerinstemm
I’m telling the story of how I came to be where I am today, and I’ll be open about my transition and my mental health. Would be lovely to see you there xxx https://t.co/SBH7ZlUnl9
The concept of "golden hours" has changed my relationship with work. None of us sit efficiently for 8 hours a day doing work. It's easy to be hard on ourselves for not achieving that, but it's not realistic.
Being a hard worker doesn't make you a good person.
Character is defined by your ethics, not just by your work ethic.
No matter how much drive and dedication you bring to the task, people won't fully trust you until you've shown generosity and integrity in the relationship.
Join us Wednesday the 23th at 6 pm BST/ 7 pm CEST/ 1 pm EDT/ for our June Themed Dragonfly Café on Intentional Success and Inner Confidence with guest host: Melissa E. Anders! @melissaeanders

We've been seeing so many new names and faces on the #AcademicMentalHealth hashtag and it's heartening to witness this community grow! Thank you @ZJAyres for starting this hashtag, fearlessly leading the way, and creating a space where we can come together ❤️🤗
