These message requests are getting pretty wild. 🤦♂️ From the last 10, eight were spam:
4x hoax/catfish (female)
3x hoax/catfish (male)
1x selling sponsored tweets
And two were genuine:
1x laughing
1x just calling me a retard.
Can't imagine how bad it is for bigger accounts.

A good example is
@SonoMotors
$SEV, the solar EV maker, which has been building a real community from the start.
Even I, without having a pre-order down, am always up to date about their progress. They even give their roadmap until SOP on their website:

I love the 'building in public' vibe of EV startups.
Industries usually behind closed doors, are becoming more transparent. New players lead the way in showing how to REALLY communicate with the audience.
For me, it's like a crossover of indie SaaS builders and traditional OEMs
