@ScottHech @Piper I was given "6 oz" of protein with dinner. It was shredded into a plastic cup, so with settling, it worked out to about 2-3oz for a 200lb man.
I lost 45lbs when I was in; I can't imagine how difficult it is to stay nourished AND nourish another life.
