Well, there’s a definite shift happening in the entertainment industry now and time will tell if it serves the business well because as we all know- it’s all about the almighty dollar. And if this doesn’t prove to be profitable, you will see it change to something else. https://t.co/i04TpWk8oh

But sadly, that’s gone now and the current creatives behind nu-trek wouldn’t know what I’m talking about if they tripped over it. I know I’m not alone and only time will tell how this franchise survives this dumbed down experiment. But my hopes are pretty low these days.

And so, here i am, a lifelong fan sad to see a once rich franchise be reduced to simple gender politics and pew pew, incapable of holding to the ideals of the utopian society that set Trek apart. And couldn’t we all gain something from that these days? I know I could.
