This little kid was arguing with an adult because he had a US/Confederate hybrid flag, this adult proceeded to call the kid r**ard.
The adult then proceeded to post him getting absolutely owned thinking people would take his side. https://t.co/WCRVqnwaQ0
conservatives are spreading easily debunked lies about this & I outlined how this was clearly the fault of the police officer earlier, but if I have the time tomorrow I'll make a video going through and debunking conservative points.
anytime there's a case like this I encourage anyone who can stomach it to analyze the evidence that conservatives are spreading around, most of the time what they bring up actually hurts their point. A prime example is this photo that's being spread around.
If that kid didn't make an attempt to drop/toss the gun before putting his hands up to comply with the officer and just kept it on him andy ngo would have defended him getting shot because he "had a gun"
this is a lot of dishonesty even for andy ngo.
It's disappointing that the police department or city hasn't been able to provide an accurate timeline of events to the public.
It's on video that Toledo didn't have a gun in his hands when he put them up.
I did some additional reading on strobe lights and it's even surprising that the kid was able to toss the gun before putting his hands up. Strobing lights have caused helicopters to crash.
If you're confused about how strobe lights work I highly recommend that you watch this video, it does a perfect job of explaining the issues with them https://t.co/QShNhe815x
I've noticed that a lot of people have failed to take the time to read the thread before leaving a comment about how I'm "defending the cop"
imo this seems to be manslaughter with current information combined with the officer's use of that strobe light on his gun.
After shooting the kid he immediately ran over to call for an ambulance and rendered aid.
Fuck that adult who decided to bring a 13-year-old along for a violent crime, I'm glad he's getting charged with child endangerment. This is awful on so many levels.

Toledo in what seems like about 1-3 seconds after tossing the gun threw his hands up without the gun in his hands.
From what I can tell the officer must have seen him pull the gun out to toss it, but didn't actually know he was intending to toss it. (3/4) https://t.co/rsHm3vGyqI
