@Reuters As long as tax loopholes exist, there won't be any "fair share". Fix the tax code, then make the changes to capital gains etc.

@Reuters Is this the same as “trickle-down?” Because “trickle-down” has NEVER worked in the history of “trickle-down.” You want money from the rich? Take it. Tax them. Tax them like you tax the poor and have taken their money to pay CORPORATE welfare. Then, tax the poor LESS!
