At a time of rising inequality, the IRS is conducting fewer audits of the wealthiest Americans. But has increased audits of working families. If this isn’t a sign of a rigged system, I don’t know what is.

So let me get this straight: people in Oklahoma could now face greater consequences for blocking a public roadway than running over and killing protesters?

End the filibuster so we can pass D.C. statehood and a Green New Deal.

Court packing: Since 1969, Democratic presidents have appointed 4 Supreme Court justices, Republicans have appointed 16 (5 of them by presidents who lost the popular vote). McConnell refused to even hold a hearing on Obama's nominee.

Republicans rammed through six Trump judges in 30 hours after blocking coronavirus aid for months. If that's not court packing, I don't know what is. https://t.co/YXDZuMlGTO

This is not complicated. If Louis DeJoy does not lose his job, the Postal Service will be decimated. The Senate must confirm Biden's USPS Board of Governors nominees so we can finally oust him.

If we can afford a $753,000,000,000 war budget, we can afford a Green New Deal. What we can’t afford is inaction.

D.C. is 46% Black and has 0 senators Wyoming is 1% Black and has 2 senators D.C. has 120,000 more people than Wyoming. Opposition to D.C. statehood is racist. Period.

.@AOC: We refuse to allow an economy that goes from oil baron to solar baron. We’re going to transition to a 100% carbon-free economy that is more unionized, more just, more dignified, and guarantees more health care and housing than we ever have before. https://t.co/ScBCEBQXku

I don't know who needs to hear this, but the cost of the Green New Deal is far less than the cost of losing our planet to the climate crisis.

The citizens of DC pay taxes without representation. They number more than the citizens of Wyoming. They are disproportionately Black. Shouldn’t DC be a state?

Eliminate qualified immunity from lawsuits for police. Eliminate immunity from lawsuits for gun manufacturers. Eliminate immunity from lawsuits for Facebook, Twitter, and other social media. Make them all responsible for the harms they create.

55 of America’s largest corporations didn’t pay a cent in federal income tax last year. The idea that corporations pay too much in taxes is ludicrous.

Cut taxes on the rich and the money disappears into offshore tax havens. It doesn’t trickle down, it surges out. Raise taxes on the rich and the money received is invested in infrastructure and education. Here at home. It builds America up.
