BREAKING: the parties have agreed to full briefing and a hearing by Nov 4 on the preliminary injunction in the Trump lawsuit to block the 1/6 Committee subpoenas. Like I been saying, these cases can move fast if the House asks & the courts are willing:

@NormEisen Hope you're right... But history has a way of tellings us that: 1. He may win for some unprecedented reason. 2. He loses, but will appeal... The appeal will take months/years. 3. He loses the appeal and requests a Stay(?) while he appeals again. Winning not the point... Delay is!
