Perhaps the biggest indicator that Brexit has failed is that you can still easily divide the electorate into Remain and Leave voters a year after we've left all the institutions.

@NicholasTyrone It also indicates that it was (as both the Leave campaign- Cummings and Cambridge Analytica- and Daniel Kahnemann knew) based on an uninformed emotional heuristic, an expression of identity rather than a dispassionate choice.
