There is actual video of Banky W votes being counted which was definitely above 7 Then few magic wands later with abracadabra, he is no longer declared winner and this result sheet turn up with him being defeated. What is going on here.

Same problem with PDP Ogun. Exactly the same issue. Picking who their winner is why there is a faction to begin with. 🙂
