It’s good that abortion rights were NOT codified. Why? B/c it’s important for people—especially the younger generations—to witness for themselves that rights can be taken away, & can’t be taken for granted. Democracy & freedom demand participation, not sitting on the sidelines.
Okay, but genuine question: why DIDN’T Dems codify Roe over the years?
