Blue Dog Rep Kurt Schrader was ousted from Congress in his primary several weeks ago by challenger Jamie McLeod-Skinner. McLeod-Skinner won because she was able to put up monster margins in Deschutes County (home to Bend), which was added to the district during redistricting.
