The @PostGraphics tracker says we’re at 49.9% of the adult population with at least the first shot so I’m gonna claim, without evidence, that I just pushed us all over the edge to 50%.

To be clear: by cutting off the interview this way, after a corrections officer properly called out Chauvin's excessive use of force, Tucker Carlson is advocating for police to stand on the necks of Black people for more than 9 minutes and 29 seconds. https://t.co/BwjrM3URtp
Before Derek Chauvin was convicted of murdering George Floyd, he was the subject of at least 22 complaints or internal investigations during his more than 19 years at the department, only one of which resulted in discipline. https://t.co/WpPuUvl1Bd

–Analysis: This is a glimpse of what justice in policing looks like. https://t.co/0rwRXLTxbI
Justice for George Floyd’s death extends beyond just one verdict in time. Accountability for this crime is a step toward tackling racial injustice everywhere. We are committed to pursuing equality for all by supporting our local communities and team members. https://t.co/ktNlMiryyS
@DaiTengu@levarburton Jason Van Dyke's conviction for murdering Laquan McDonald comes to mind locally, here close to Chicago. Less than seven years, for 2nd degree murder. These sentences are sometimes, rarely, handed down.
