NEW Starting Monday, the Biden administration will restrict travel from South Africa, Botswana, Zimbabwe, Namibia, Lesotho, Eswatini, Mozambique, and Malawi. American citizens and lawful permanent residents will still be able to enter the U.S. but must show a negative COVID test
