Staffing issues are patient and doctor safety issues. Make sure you #ExceptionReport it so change can be made. Your @BMA_JuniorDocs want to change the culture on Exception Reporting, but we all need to get involved to do it.

Two things particularly interested me in this article. 1) As we get older we seem more willing to be kind. 2) In-group bias means we can have stronger preferences for helping those of the same gender and race. @PsychToday
