Clearly a lot of the replies to this original tweet are by people who have never found themselves in a situation of coerced sex (or by those who don’t understand - or care - that they are doing the coercion).
it is very difficult and emotional to read ‘no one is forcing you to have unprotected sex’ when men do. all the time. boyfriends and partners and abusers the whole spectrum, men pressure us for unprotected sex all the time

For everybody saying it's unacceptable to change the number of Supreme Court justices, Mitch McConnel did that for almost a year. When he refused to allow RBG's seat to be filled, he changed the number of justices on the Supreme Court from 9 to 8.

There are still jobs that offer ZERO days of maternity leave. Where women have to pump in their cars or in bathrooms. A massive formula shortage. Childcare is unaffordable for a large number of Americans. This will have devastating impacts on women.

So is parenting. I always wanted more than 1 child. I was almost 40 when mine was born: he was a terrible sleeper his 1st year & then my professional life became exponentially more stressful, so we decided he was our only. If I got pregnant again, I have no doubt I’d lose myself.

Pregnant people will die because of this day. Overturning abortion is not "pro-life" but rather "pro-forced-birth." Pregnancy is complicated, demanding, and life-threatening. Forcing people to undergo this experience is simply amoral.
