I’ve seen two high profile accounts share this Kentucky House Bill amendment from 2019 & then delete (thankfully).
This was an amendment to Kentucky’s trigger law by a Dem rep to illustrate how insane banning abortion is.
This never passed, but trigger law did. 🧵
