@FinancialTimes Your inflation is 42 times of your interest rate 4 vs 0.1, in USA this is 24 times. This is hyper. in Turkey this rate is max 2.

@FinancialTimes In the meantime the average Turkish person cannot afford basic foodstuffs, particularly as Erdoğan started importing eg lentils instead of supporting Turkish farmers.
