@FergalBowers @rtenews It’s worth pointing out that smaller labs with less staff and less machines to do the testing will mostly issue a result within 24 hours, but it may take up to 36 hours due to increased demand peeps.

@FergalBowers @rtenews "If you have a positive antigen test, book a pcr test to confirm." They should make a decision to forgo this requirement then, if they cannot keep up with the demand.

@FergalBowers @rtenews Under no circumstances should swabbers feel that they are to blame. This is the lacking foresight from the HSE and government. Swabbers are doing an excellent job.
