Over 40 million people were buried in debt before the pandemic started. After campaigning on cancelling the debt, our Education Secretary now refuses to say whether Biden actually has the authority to do it. Brian Kim thinks we at least deserve an answer:

Student debt isn’t only a problem for people with college degrees. About 40% of borrowers weren’t able to graduate, so they have to pay off loans on salaries they can get with a high school diploma. With one signature, President Biden can #CancelStudentDebt & lift that burden.

@Change If we could count on the Senate/Congress to do "the right thing" (Mitch McConnell) the answer wouldn't matter. They would make sure it happened. These are crazy times & "The Law of Attraction" tells us "What you put in~you get out!" Unburden our children. We need educated adults.

@Change just sent email saying President Biden promised to clear 10K. He did not. I am affected by this hideous program but I won't sign any petition not steeped in truth.

@Change Get a job. Pay your loan back. That’s the best way to get out of debt. It might not be quick or easy but you can do it.
