WIP for Kong, the Skull King.
My concept for Kong is, having mutated by his encounter against Godzilla, bringing him to kaiju size, the mutation lets him generate and wield and throw nuclear energy in an electrical form, which he can jumpstart by pounding his chest, energizing.

For those of you staying on 1.19.0 due to the chat reporting: please don’t. Instead, ask your local server owners to install one of the mods to disable chat reporting, and install it yourself. This will accomplish the same thing as staying on 1.19.0, while not hurting modders.
